Mamie Kelley is the Founder and visionary leader of Make A Change Transitional Center (MCTC). She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Cornerstone University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Davenport University.

With over 30 years of long-term recovery, Mamie brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. She has a deep philanthropic history and a lifelong commitment to serving some of the most disenfranchised individuals in our communities.

In 2012, Mamie was called into ministry, further shaping her purpose-driven leadership. As a Minister and Founder of MCTC, she leads the organization with compassion, integrity, and vision—creating pathways to healing, empowerment, and second chances for women seeking stability and long-term recovery.
