MCTC is a nonprofit organization that provides housing for women who have completed an alcohol or drug treatment program and are ready to make positive changes in their lives.
Our Mission
To empower women who suffer from homelessness, mental illness, drug, and alcohol addiction. To assist them with making positive changes in their lives that will lead them to long term recovery and becoming productive members of society.

Mamie Kelley is the Founder of MCTC. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Cornerstone University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Davenport University. She has a rich philanthropic history with over 30 years in long-term recovery and experience in assisting the most disenfranchised in our communities. Mamie was called into Ministry in 2012. As a Minister and a visionary leader of MCTC she guides the organization to creating more second chances.
